  • The Leaner's Pocketbook - Paul Hayden
Aimed at driving instructors, but there is some relevant material to be found in these books:
  • Instructional Techniques & Practice for Driving Instructors - L Walkin
  • The Driving Instructor's Handbook - Margaret Stacey

Courses aimed at trainers who are teaching adults:

They are classroom based and most offer the feature of getting your training assessed in a working environment by observing the teaching you do. The courses are a bit dry for some but these courses really are some of the best if you are serious about developing your skills as a trainer.
